Everything was pathetic. Don't book this apartment if you want peaceful time. Firstly, the original apartment address and the address that we got for check in were different. During check in, we were asked by mail to get the key of the apartment from some remote location which is 1hr far from the apartment and where the bus frequency is hardly 1 bus in an hour. The lady there asked us to submit 50 euro cash as security money. After getting the key, after 1hr, we found a bus that goes to Regensburg bus station and from there to Nittendorf. After check-in, we found the apartment dirty like it had not been cleaned for a year. The wifi didn't work as well. It showed that the data has expired. I mailed the owner regarding the wifi but the owner never replied. We lived in the apartment for 7 days without any internet connection. The washroom was pathetic and smelled very bad. No one picked the call on the no.s that were given for help. The owner of the apartment replied only twice out of 50 mails that I sent her. During the time of our check out we were asked by mail to deposit the key in the keybox. We didn't find the keybox, so deposited the key in the letter box. After 2 days of checkout, the owner finally woke up from her sleep, and told us that they won't return our security money since we didn't deposit the key from where we had originally taken it. This is how they are treating their international guests.
