Position and views were great

A couple of minor maintenance issues need to be addressed

Location of being on the River was relaxing and the breeze provided some relief from the heat. Kitchen well equipped for cooking and the unit was spacious for 6 people. Easy car parking on the property. Reasonable walking distance to cafes at Noosaville. Great selection of games and books for reading.

The mattresses on each bed were terrible and need to be replaced. In one of the bedrooms it was bad enough that the occupants had to buy an air bed mattress to put on top of the existing mattress. No air conditioning at all in any rooms made sleeping uncomfortable during the heatwave conditions and due to rain the windows could not be left open as the rain would have come straight in. The fan in the main bedroom has a speed control issue which also made sleeping uncomfortable. The locks on the balcony security screen were faulty. The swimming pool was ok but the location of the pool on the property was not conducive to having a relaxing day by the pool as it is tucked away behind the garages. We also had to wash all the dishes and glasses before using the first time as they had not been properly cleaned by the previous tenants. There is no shared bbq area on the property.

Location. Very clean and comfortable. Good appliances. Fantastic views. Quiet location but close enough to everything. No complaints

Property has a garage which could not accommodate our car as it has a kayak hanging up. Property states it has bbq but it’s a communal one which we didn’t locate.

The internet worked for 3 days out of our 12 night stay, despite numerous calls and text messages through to the call center and property manager. The clothes drier didn't work The parking included doesn't allow for a large car to park in it, there was no mention of this when booking The advertised BBQ facilities don't exist It was difficult to pick up and drop off the keys in the main street of Noosa, where parking is scarce

Excellent location and lovely views. Loved having fly screens and ceiling fans. Kitchen generally well equipped.

Internet was not working Kitchen needed large salad bowl and corkscrew/bottle opener

Great view over the Noosa River, spacious living area but bedrooms were a little small. Kitchen was well equipped for self-catering.

A little dated, bedrooms were small, and carpets were due for replacement. All contact was through a third party (NHR) but all phone calls were to a call-centre located interstate or overseas. Key collection/drop-off was at an agent in Hastings St, Noosa which on this occasion was relatively simple, but at peak times I think could be a problem for parking etc. Transport could be a problem for guests without their own vehicle.

The position on the River with great views & a jetty for our boat.

The internet wasn’t working . The canoe in the garage prevents parking a medium size car in the garage. Carpet needs replacing.
