"Comfortable, conveniently located room in Osnabrück"

I was positively surprised by my stay at Bergmann. The room was generous with a very convenient kitchen, a cupboard to put all my stuff and a huge desk! I didn't meet staff while I was there (I went there on a bank holiday) but they called me beforehand to arrange check-in. Everything was great!

Collecting the key was slightly confusing but it all worked out within 15 minutes.

"High-quality accommodation in the centre of Osnabrück"

1. The apartments were equipped to a very high standard with top quality fittings and furniture. 2. The location was perfect for the centre of Osnabrück. 3. The underground parking was conveniently close to the apartment.

It was little tricky getting our bearings at the beginning (parking/apartments/reception) but no real problem.

"Angenehmer Aufenthalt, jederzeit gerne wieder."

Der Service war sehr freundlich, alles hat gut geklappt. Koffer wurden sicher verwahrt bis zum Einzug ins Zimmer. Die Zimmerausstattung war toll. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Parken in der Tiefgarage war praktisch.

Wir mussten ca. 1 Stunde warten, bis das Frühstück serviert wurde. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war auch die Auswahl der einzelnen Komponenten. Ziemlich kompliziert und schlecht erklärt. Die Bedienung war aber sehr nett und geduldig. Die nächste Buchung wird dann ohne Frühstück getätigt.

Enorm kleine garage, beter parkeren om de hoek in de commerciële garage.
