The apartment is too old and the pictures which are posted on the Booking.com is not the reality. I stayed there for 10 days and it was opposite of what I saw on the sight. The staff is not helpful at all. I don’t recommend this place.

Location was great, ease of access was great ,spacious.

Cigarette smell was very strong , neighbours were noisy, talking and listening to music loudly. Sound isolation is poor.

The size of the apartment. The number of beds (1 double bed and 2 single beds) for the 4 of us. The location. The smart TV.

It was not very clean. The bathroom luckily looked reasonably clean, but the floors and lots of surfaces looked dusty or plain dirty.

Ability to book last minute.

Check in portal process was a bit cumbersome. Managed to get it done messaging through WhatsApp.

Not much. It was a bright flat.

The property had many rubbish bins on entry and it smelled bad. We struggled to get in to the flat and had to call the customer services for help. The flat was not as we expected and is very unsuitable for a family. It was not clean. On first impressions it seemed clean but it was dirty around the windows, along the edges and in corners of rooms. When you enter there is a room with a double bed, a cupboard and a TV with a remote that did not work. The other room had no TV, just 2 beds and a cupboard. There was a table in the hall with 4 chairs. The clock above the table did not work. The kitchen had minimum crockery and utensils. We didn't cook or eat at the property. We only boiled water. The bathroom had a large shower. The tap on the sink was loose. There was not a shower mat to stand on. There was nowhere to sit together except at the table in the hall. The chairs were not comfortable. There was no useful WiFi on our first day and we could not even send a WhatsApp message. After calling Customer Services again, on our return to the property, we did have usable WiFi. There is a shop downstairs and they made quite a lot of noise unloading deliveries and moving things outside their shop around very early, which was not any real problem. I would NOT recommend this property for a family to stay and we were happy to leave.

Large apartment with comfortable beds. Practical kitchen and a good bathroom. Located in the center of Osnabrück close to a parking area and a bakery.
