"Exceptional"

Excellent location up on the cliff. Beach is a few minutes walk. Steve and Sue (hosts) were excellent. Milk in the fridge and cookies etc. We walked to Cromer which was about an hour each way. Sea fishing if you are into that. Quite and peaceful. Very happy and would definitely come back.

Nothing to dislike.

Lovely location and very welcoming hosts. Cosy and warm despite torrential downpours one day I was there. Everything I needed was in the cabin and lots of other helpful items also there on my arrival. Easy to walk down to the beach and to walk in the other direction to the next village. There is a useful local store and places to eat in Overstrand but self-catering was my preference as everything needed was at hand in the cabin.

"Very good."

Location, being near the sea and the quiet and easy access to footpaths; nice and warm and well heated.

Probably just something for me personally, but the couch was very worn and incredibly soft and didn't give my back any support.

"Home away from home"

Lovely, welcoming hosts. I felt at ease and at home and enjoyed the fresh eggs, milk and cookies they offered. The cabin is cozy, warm and covered basic needs. Nice view of the water and a paved walking path down the to the beach next to property.

"Superb"

Good situation with sea view, very pretty cabin. Cosy and comfortable. In the owner's garden, with plenty of room for parking. The cabin is not large inside, but the bathroom was surprisingly big with a decent shower and wardrobe. We had a very pleasant stay here for three nights, and would be very happy to stay here again.

Cabin was lovely the view is brilliant & couldn't ask for better location right on top of the hill then straight on the beach excellent

Only the fact the pool wasn't in use ...but that was only due to the host was very busy because of family issues which we totally understand but ....bonus beach less than minutes away so 100% great

"Wonderful seaside hideawsy"

This was the perfect place for a quiet getaway. The Cabin had everything I needed and was cosy and comfortable. The location was amazing as on the other side of the gate was the slope down to a wonderful dog friendly beach. The owner was friendly and helpful and I would love to stay here again.

Everything was perfect. I had a really lovely time staying here.
