The location and views were outstanding over Strangford Loch The apartment is large and airy and a lot of thought out in to providing everything you could need

Not keen on the toweling sheet in one bedroom but that’s a very small personal thing We absolutely loved everything else

Breakfast - n/a, self catering. The apartment was lovely, clean/tidy and had everything in it that we needed, and more! The people were so friendly, and we loved chatting to the 7p.m. swim club people from our balcony most nights, good craic!l Nice touch by Karen, getting in some groceries for us. We will have to book really early next year to get a week in!

Three silly little things, 1. Nice bathroom slightly let down by black toilet seat, whereas rest of bathroom white, I did notice a white one in the wardrobe. Would be easy to change over, and would look much better. 2. Table and chairs on balcony, frames look new, or refurbed, let down by tired wooden slats, to which a coat of oil/varnish would make a big difference . 3. Kitchen waste bin - bit tatty, pedal broken! We know the Smugglers Table comes highly recommended, but we would not visit again.

Excellent location. Good accommodation. Close to local shops.

The hot water system, particularly the shower, was a bit of a problem. The host notified us of a hot water problem before we arrived but it was fixed shortly after we got there. The hot water took a long time to reach the shower head, often several minutes.

The location was beautiful with stunning views and the apartment was excellent.
