Misleading description, overpriced and lack of maintenance

Perfect spot with an amazing view from the deck. Group of 5 friends stayed for 7 days. Comfortable beds, enough space to spread out in the lounge room. Walkable to town centre without it being too steep of a walk. Would 100% stay again

Parking was difficult

Great views, comfortable, simple but stylish. Short walk to town which as expected was a good work out but manageable. No traffic sounds. 2 nice small deck areas. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.

Having to take and pay for excess rubbish to the recycling place in Franklin. We were a family of 6 over the Christmas period so had more rubbish than usual. Luckily we had a hire vehicle but if we hadn't then that expectation would have been more problematic. Paying top rates for accomodation should include waste disposal. Perhaps needs a heads up on the web description re walking incline into town for customers who may have mobility issues. We did not have a problem however this stay.

Perfect place for my family. We stayed at the house for about 5 days - the views were breathtaking, the place is super comfy, and it instantly made us feel at home. Their team is very professional and fast to respond.

beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious

The water pressure was terrible for showering/bathing. Garage was small and awkward, too difficult to park car in and hard to back in and out as other cars were parked in the way. Dishwasher wasn’t working properly, not many lightbulbs worked. toilet roll holder fell off in toilet.
