We had a wonderful stay at this property! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and the attention to detail really made a difference. The space felt welcoming and well-organized, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The location was also very convenient. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant, and everything went perfectly during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay again in the future! 🤩🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Wir haben das Zimmer über Booking.com gebucht und bezahlt. Danach bekamen wir eine Mail, dass eine Sicherheitsleistung von 200 Euro erforderlich ist. Rücktritt war da nicht mehr möglich, wir hatten den Zimmerpreis schon bezahlt! Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist, waren gegen 11 Uhr in Reutlingen. es war nicht möglich, den Koffer in der Unterkunft abzustellen. Für ein checkin ab 12 Uhr sollten 20 Euro extra bezahlt werden. Zum Zimmer führt eine sehr, enge und steile Treppe ohne Handlauf. Für ältere Gäste ist das es extrem beschwerlich. Natürlich findet man im Angebot kein Bild dieser Treppe! Im Zimmer kann man sich wegen der geringen Deckenhöhe trotz durchschnittlicher Größe (178cm) nur gebückt bewegen. Der angegebene Kühlschrank befindet sich nicht im Zimmer, sondern im Treppenhaus. Für das checkout zwischen 10 und 12 Uhr wollte Maria noch mal 20 Euro berechnen....

"Prima verblijf, jammer van de complexe toegang."

Prima locatie vlakbij het oude centrum. Het appartement was schoon en het bed was comfortabel.

De toegangsprocedure met sleutelkast en trage reacties bij vragen zijn teleurstellend, zeker als je hierdoor een half uur moet wachten buiten in de kou op toegang. Toegang is uitsluitend mogelijk met ID card én Creditcard anders ben je niet welkom. Advies: deze procedure een uur voor aankomst al doorlopen. De douche was schoon, jammer genoeg geen thermostaatkraan en de douchedeuren waren kapot waardoor ze niet sloten.
