El acceso a la playa es privado, lo que hace que sea un lugar con encanto propio. El apartamento está muy bien equipado con absolutamente todo lo necesario. Y Francesco es un anfitrión de 10 te presta todo tipo de información.

Es necesario el coche para absolutamente todo, menos para acceder a la playa, si no estás acostumbrada a la arena de grava, no hay que olvidarse escalpines para no sufrir demasiado.

Terrazzo con vista mare superlativo. Parcheggio comodissimo nel cortile. Accesso alla spiaggia diretto davvero comodo.

The big balcony is fantastic and the view amazing. Very convenient to walk just 50 m from the flat to reach the sea. The flat is not very big, but has all comforts and actually the big balcony extends its size. Modern solutions - such as 2 Alexas. We never met the owner, but all the guidance is sufficient to manage everything on you own. We were there in off-season and had all the house and parking lot for ourselves. The street to the place is narrow, so having private parking is fantastic. Actually the location of the premises marked in Booking is not correct - the actual one is much better - immediately on the beach, no railway to look at.

Beautiful location just steps from the sea with stunning views. It looks exactly like in the photo! All facilities are well-maintained, with easy access to nearby attractions. There’re also lots of parking spaces beside the building. Our host Francesco was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a holiday in Reggio and the surrounding areas. Thank you for everything!
