Mermaid Beach Apartment

Pools and slides for kids - amazing.

Overall the property is showing its age. Desperately over due for a refurbishment.

The closeness to everything, the beach a short 5/10 minute walk, Woolies next door, chemist next door, close to surfers and the theme parks. The room had everything we needed included in it, sports equipment for the kids, plenty of cooking utensils ect. The host David was friendly, polite and provided easy check in options.

Could do with a small update - oven was a little noisy and the dishwasher was a bit hard to operate, but this overall didn’t effect our stay in anyway

Good size apartment. Very comfortable for our family. Pool toys and other little toys the kids loved playing with. Cot setup for our daughter. Great water park. Host communicated well and all went smoothly. Close to supermarket was handy. Suited a family well.

Kitchen had basic supplies which was good, apartment was spacious, enough beds, cot, toys,kids books and games

# On the day i left i was trying to find a park after check out to meet friends for breakfast and have a swim before we get to our next hotel and the general manager from turtle beach followed me around like a bad smell all over the park like i wasnt a paying customer when i explained to him i was he gave me attitute i am a single mother dont like being followed and watched by a male it was really creepy

Offered bedrooms/apartments. Awesome location and family friendly. Apartment owner (David) was very friendly and accommodating.

Although clean, it’s looking rather tired now and needs some maintenance.

David has supplied everything you need in the apartment. It is well equipped for families, and the location is nice and close to a great pool with a slide and spa.

Great locations, only a few mins walk from the supermarket which is handy. The pool is super close and open late which was great too.

I loved that the apartment was close to everything. Food and supermarket just a 5 min walk down the street. The boys loved that the quilt covers were custom to them, especially my 5 year old, who is a huge Spiderman fan. The extra toys in the apartment were great. And my eldes and my partner loved they had access to foxtel on the TV. Everything was clean and tidy. Wonderful stay.

Bit disapointed that there were no facecloths, tissues or papertowle in the apartment on arrival, had to go and purchase my own, especially when one has children these three items are a must, especially when staying for a week.
