I was incorrectly charged AUD$264.94, and the same could happen to you. I feel compelled to share my terrible experience with anyone considering booking this accommodation: The keynest is located in a gas station, and you need to ask the clerk for assistance to retrieve the key. However, when I arrived at the station to collect my key, the clerk had no idea which key to give me. It appeared that the clerk had never received any training on the keynest system. As a result, it took a great deal of time and effort from the very beginning. After my one-week stay at the hotel, I returned the keys to the clerk at the gas station and returned to my home country. One month later, on September 10th, my credit card was charged AUD$264.94 by the hotel management team. I immediately emailed them to inquire about the charge, and they responded, "On your departure there was a key missing, it was not returned to the keynest location. This charge is for the key replacement" I was certain that I had returned the keys correctly and safely, so I asked the team for evidence (such as CCTV footage) showing a discrepancy between the number of keys returned and the number given to me. I also requested an explanation of how the $264.94 charge was calculated. On several occasions, I did not receive a response for days after sending my email, which left me extremely frustrated and upset. I continued to send follow-up emails every one to three days to remind them about the case. Finally, on October 1st, almost another month later, the team emailed me, stating, "After further investigation, we have discovered the key was in fact at the petrol station but the staff had misplaced it and not scanned it back in" They refunded the charge on October 4th. This incident revealed two key issues: 1. The gas station staff are not adequately trained in handling the keynest system. 2. The staff were SO careless about charging their customers.

Apartment air con not working well, fans not working well. Bed size very small

Not much to be honest. Dirty ripped coaches Dirty floors Just a 2 bedroom apartment Better staying at a hotel Parking is atrocious has a storage locker in parking space. The hot tub and spar are not part of the room even though it's included in the picture Bedding and linen were dirty and stained. Definitely not the experience as stipulated Obtaining keys from a service station attendant is another issue in its self.

too late for check in. .picking up keys no good having to travel to broadbeach office then going to surfers to the lock box where parking is awful and not been able to arrive at the unit before 3pm

Lock box was jammed which made retrieving keys difficult. Apartment clean however as commented by previous occupants only 2 forks and this has not been rectified.
