Serain Residences - Beachside breathtaking ocean view Two bedroom Apartment

It was in a good position.

Car park. The building only allows for vehicles up to 1.8 in the underground carpark.

Apartment was fully renovated.kitchen and living area was good.

Should have another sets of keys. Inconvenient if 4 people are staying. Second bedroom didn’t had aircon, very uncomfortable

Very spacious apartment situated on the 30th floor with unbelievable views . Beds are comfortable, location is great. Check-in instructions sent from Serain were explained clearly and were responsive with messages.Very nice modern clean pool area which never seemed over crowded considering peak season . Private garage. Water purifier.

Cleaners need to do their job properly - windows and mirrors in living room were filthy. Some of the furnishings are a little dated. Water puddles on balcony from air conditioner. Only one key provided which was a big inconvenience with four adults unless I was willing to pay an additional $200 deposit for a second key.No garbage chute ,only a bin for recycling.

Disgraceful customer service. Never will I stay here again and never will my colleagues whom I travelled to the GC with will either after hearing about our ordeal with this company! Funny thing is I work in the travel industry and and my many connections will know to avoid this place at all cost.
