Premises were clean and warm, but that's about it for us.We were looking for some where near to our daughter and family for frequent visits. But this is not the place!

The beds are ridiculous. They are ON the floor, literally! The mattresses themselves must be made of marshmallow! they are so soft! There is not a chair in either bedroom. The electric shower has a mind of its own! Sometimes it works, another time it just dribbles and another time it runs cold and never produces hot water. The basin taps start flowing but quickly drop off to a drizzle. The cheapest toilet paper money could buy and no toilet roll holder up or down stairs! They sure could do with a grab rail, or two in the high sided bath. If the toilet is flushed the shower goes immediately cold! The kitchen needs a blind at the window as there is no way to work in the kitchen at the front of the house after dark without privacy.

It had everything we needed, beds were really comfortable and good size parking space on site. Good comms from host.

Location OK, I slept ok on the bed. Big lounge, nice couch, Big TV. Washing machine was good. Shower was ok. Overall happy with stay and we would stay again if there was a blind on kitchen window. Furnished to a good level, not too fussy. There are 2 toilets, which is useful, both with extractor fans. Parking was good, we could back right up to door and small shelter over door kept us dry unloading and loading the car.

Beds were a bit low and mattress looked a bit past it, but I slept ok. Heating was a little difficult to control, too warm, ended up having to turn down the TRVs on the radiators. Difficulty using oven, as just an oven, seemed to have top grill on all the time Really need curtain/blind on the kitchen window, feel very exposed. Had some issues contacting host by text, don't know reason, think it was technical. Need window open when using toaster else fire alarm goes off. :-)
