Apartament jest w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji - latarnia, promenada, plaża, interparking w odległości paru kroków. Obiekt jest duży, przestronny salon, dużo szaf, szafek gdzie można się rozpakować. w budynku winda.

Jak każdy obiekt na wynajem cierpi na zużycie, tak i tu przydało by się odświeżenie (o pewnych mankamentach właściciel uprzedził). Nieznośny i zbyt intensywny był zapach chemii do sprzątania / czyszczenia (?), prania i odświeżaczy.
