You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 120 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, the apartment is located on a 3rd floor and there is no lift.

"We had a nice stay"

Location close to beach

3rd floor lots of steps and no lift .ok for us as we are able to walk the steps no good if your oap and can’t walk fare or up lots of steps

Estaba limpio y cerca de la playa

Persiana rota, mosquiteras horribles, placa de cocina pequeña, sofá incomodisimo, tampoco me gustó el mobiliario de la terraza, eran demasiado grande las sillas para una terraza tan pequeña, había cucarachas por los rellanos de la entrada del bloque y nadie las quitaba

Todo genial, tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones para dos personas, sin lujos, pero sin faltarle de nada. Super cerca de la playa, zona tranquila y con aparcamiento en la misma calle. Anna super encantadora y atenta.

Por decir algo, un poquito más de espacio para poner la ropa.

La ubicación (por destacar algo)

La limpieza deja mucho que desear al igual que el parking ya que el apartamento cuenta con plazas pero el anfitrión no te deja aparcar ahi y hay que buscarse la vida para aparcar ya que es bastante complicado.

Endroit très calme et convivial. Très proche de la mer, vous avez même un petit aperçu de la mer sur le balcon. Niveau équipement, il y a pratiquement tout de disponible.

"Estadia prática e bem localizada, mas com inconvenientes"

A localização do estúdio é excelente: muito perto das praias, do calçadão e de supermercados. Fiz tudo a pé, sem precisar de carro, o que foi muito prático e agradável. Outro ponto positivo foi a gentileza do anfitrião, que veio prontamente nos ajudar quando esquecemos a chave dentro do apartamento — muito atencioso!

O apartamento estava com presença de baratas, mesmo seguindo as orientações para manter a porta da varanda fechada e com as janelas protegidas por telas. Elas apareciam sem que conseguíssemos identificar a origem, o que comprometeu bastante o conforto da estadia. Além disso, a cozinha é bastante limitada em utensílios. Havia apenas duas panelas e uma frigideira de baixa qualidade, o que dificultou bastante cozinhar — justamente uma das razões pelas quais prefiro hospedagem em casa/apartamento em vez de hotel.
