Das Appartement war sehr gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist top: fußläufig zum Strand, Bäckerei, Imbissbude, Restaurant und Beginn der Promenade mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt, aber mit Geduld findet man auch in den Straßen einen Platz. Es gibt zwar einen Einstellplatz in der zum Appartement gehörenden Tiefgarage. Dort zu parken ist aber gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es sich um einen Doppelstockstellplatz handelt, der nicht sehr hoch ist und hydraulisch ggf. auch erstmal nach unten gefahren werden muss.
