"Schönes Appartement in ruhiger und zentraler Lage"

Tolle Lage, schöner Balkon, ruhiges Haus

Es könnte mehr Besteck( Teelöffel) und Teller geben. Platz im Kleiderschrank ist knapp bemessen, da auch die Bettwaren dort verstaut werden müssen. Für ein kleines Appartement ist der Preis sehr hoch. Sauna muss extra gezahlt werden, kostet 11 € für 90 Minuten, wovon 30 Minuten vorgeheizt wird.

"Lage hui, Details pfui. Aber für ein paar Tage ganz ok!"

Lage am Strand inkl. Parkplatz sehr gut, das Apartment liegt seitlich, so dass es abends ruhig ist. Fahrradkeller inkl. . Das Bad ist renoviert und sauber (Dusche ist top), die Küche ist weitgehend funktional und das Interieur ansehnlich - wenn auch recht dunkel.

Insgesamt durch die Möbel recht dunkel - also nur im Sommer ok. In der Küche gibt es keine Pfanne, aus unserer Sicht seltsam. Ein Hinweis zur Mülltrennung (inkl. passender Behälter) fehlt. Und die beiden Tische zum Essen sind sehr klein. Auffällig ist der Eigengeruch des Apartments, ein wenig feucht und nach Wäsche. Dies dürfte an der fehlenden Lüftungsmöglichkeit liegen, da man nur die Balkontür aufmachen kann (der Lüfter obendrauf ist "albern"). Wenn man nicht da ist, muss sie halt zu bleiben. Das Bett ist an sich sinnvoll, die Matratze aber eher ein "Fels" und damit echt unangenehm. Die 6 Nächte waren anstrengend. Zu guter Letzt: Die Betreuung ist sehr sachlich. Standard-Mails/Chats, teilweise sehr lang. Auf die Frage, ob man einen Gastparkplatz nutzen kann, haben wir nur auf erneute Anfrage eine Absage erhalten. Den Hinweis, dass es jedoch kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt, hätten wir gerne bekommen.
