"Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage"

die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist, wie auch beschrieben, optimal. Der Vermieter, Baltic, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Unsere "Reklamationen" wurden umgehend erledigt.

Der zugewiesene Parkplatz ist zwar zwei Grundstücke entfernt, das störte weniger. Aber dieser Parkplatz ist höchstens für Kleinwagen geeignet. Ich hatte mit unserem Volvo XC 40 Schwierigkeiten dort einzuparken. Wenn der Parkplatznachbar nicht exakt einparkt sitz man fest. Die Wohnung war wohl längere Zeit nicht vermietet. Es waren einige Stecker nicht eingesteckt und ich musste unter den Nachttischen und auch im Wohnzimmer erst einmal auf die Suche gehen.
