The location is convenient, especially for access to the nearby mall and Courtyard Hotel.

Unfortunately, our initial room had many small cockroaches, and the sink produced a very strong unpleasant smell every time it was used. I informed the host on the same night at around 9:38 PM, but did not receive a response. As I had no alternative accommodation, I had to stay in the room that night. The next morning, the issues were still present, especially the smell from the sink. I took photos and sent them to the host again. After that, the host arranged for us to move to a different room. I appreciate that the host eventually changed our room, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues in the original room should be addressed to improve future guests' experience.
