Burlington Place, Shrewsbury. 2 bedroom, private parking, 5 minutes from town

Access from the car park, layout of the property.

The bed was strange. A small mattress with a cover on, sitting on top of a larger bare mattress. It was comfortable but not very inviting. The broken blind in the bedroom wasn’t ideal but not a big drama.

Location of the flat and extra parking was good. It had everything we needed for our short stay.

One of the beds was pushed up against the wall - which made it difficult for one of us to get out … quietly! 🤣

Lovely quiet residential location . 20 mi utes walk to town. 15 minutes to the flowers show. Good parking. Good communication with owner.

1. The key lock box is so low down to the ground it is very hard to set the code accurately without kneeling down on the gravel. It should be at eye level. 2. I have never had to arrive and start making beds !!!! This meant that I actually saw the poor quality of the bedding. The duvets were really worn and one had blood stains on it. All the bedding was well past it's best and needs replacing. It was very off putting. 3. The whole place needs a deep clean. The floors are very dirty. 4. Every time you open the dishwasher door it catches on the panel below so you cannot open it properly to load dishes. 5. Last there is a terrible smell outside so you cannot open any windows.

Location to town is great, and safe walk into town. Very Clean and comfortable. Good beds and bedding. Very quiet location. Would recommend

Two night stay for four people and their was only one toilet roll :(
