התאכזבנו מאוד!! הבית היה מוזנח ביותר עם סרחון נוראי. המטבח היה מלוכלך הספה עם כתמים מגעילים וריח נוראי כך שלא ניתן לשבת עליו. המיטות גם כן היו עם סרחון נוראי ובכלל לא החליפו לנו מצעים היו כתמים על הסדינים ושערות. שלא לדבר על הקפיצים שרק במגע יד יכלתי להרגיש אותם... הזמנו את הבית לשבוע אבל עזבנו אותו מיד למחרת ישנו בו רק לילה אחד מחוסר ברירה ורק אחרי שהלכנו לקנות מצעים חדשים . לא שמענו שום התנצלות מבעל הבית ואני עדיין מצפה לקבל החזר כספי על הזמן שלא שהיינו שם

The property itself was lovely, spacious and quiet. The location was perfect. Within 10 mins you can travel to several beaches and all amenities. The hospital urgent care centre was within 5 minutes.

The bed that I slept in had blood stains and dirt on the mattress. Each room was filled with several double beds. The bathroom sink has a waterfall tap which is temperamental. The water can pour onto the floor if not set right. The sofa stunk of urine. When I booked my stay I was unaware that this property was up for sale. I was only aware when I checked in. During my stay, I had several estate agents knock the door. Prospective buyers visiting to view the house, without my knowledge or consent. I had the bank try to access the house to undergo evaluation- again with no communication from anyone! I had debt collectors banging the door and windows. I had contacted the people who was managing the guests and was informed that I would be informed of any changes or viewings - this did not happen! I had a problem with the boiler which there is a strong gas smell in the kitchen and cupboard . I had to open the back door and windows each morning to let fresh air in. I reported this, which a engineer was sent straight out, but couldn’t find a leak apparently. However, issue unresolved! The Cleaner even smelt it. If the communication was good, the beds were cleaned adequately and boiler issue resolved- my stay would of been 10/10.

Location was great, easy access to property, fine to park out side

The photos are nothing like what the property is actually like, very worn and requires an deep clean, we spend a lot of time locally and this is the worst property we've stayed in I'm afraid

Looks can be deceiving looks fine .. but terrible host arrived no heating in early Feb , as other comments show problems with the pressure on the boiler so I re pressured this property is in terribly rough area .. The host has at least another property in Middlesbrough which I had the mis fortunes to stay at and that was awful and provided no heating or hot water as gas ran out who has a property on a pre payment meter and had the audacity to text me I've just flown back in ... and responded at 10 o'clock at night firstly to say it was all my fault...this host has obsolutely no idea what a guest should expect..please note this property is on the market to be sold as per images so avoid booking as you may get viewers coming around during your stay and if you book and it's sold will you see you money or refund tread with caution here , it comes as a warning ... Mattresses we awful and you will find springs in your back . Coupled with 2 or 3 sets of beds in each room who on earth does that..it's raises alarm bells for harbouring people... Tv didn't work just appalling

Strong smell of cigarette smoke. Yard littered with tab ends & remains of burnt out fires. Bins overflowing with rubbish. Outside drain blocked. On arrival there was insufficient crockery etc for our family of 4. (Our complaints were responded to the following day & yard was cleaned, rubbish removed, new crockery pans & cutlery delivered.) Windows upstairs which opened did not have a safety catch even though one was next to bunk beds. We had to request that the floor jointing strips were glued into place as they were loose. On street Parking was difficult. Car had to be pulled up onto the footpath so that other vehicles could pass. Sofa badly stained. Arm was broken. Has 2 sharp pins sticking up where you rest your arm. Strong smells of cannabis wafting in intermittently. Noisy neighbors at nighttime.
