We had the warmest welcome in all of Crete at George's apartment. Even though there was no breakfast option when we booked the room, George got us chocolate cake and jams for snacks - and cold raki and water upon arrival. The sea shore is literally in front of the balcony so we enjoyed the morning with an early swim. The location is very good: the city is a 15 minute walk by the sea and the room is even accessible by car (we parked right in front of the entrance). Even though we stayed only one night, we had time to discover George's music collection of Greek pop music. For our surprise there were two air-condition units in the apartment which did an amazing job at cooling down the place.

We thought the noise would be bigger as the apartment is on the ground floor but fortunately it is a very quiet neighborhood so we didn't experience anything unpleasant. All in all we were satisfied with everything.

Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Perfect for your morning coffee and evening drink. Very comfortable bed and with a TV, dvd player and lots of books and card games. The owner George was very attentive and on our last morning drove us to the bus station to catch the early morning bus to Heraklion.

It is a lovely property - was very near to the sea (see view from the front) and a little walk away from town which is lovely as you get to walk along the beach to get in to town. We were only there for one night but would have been happy to stay longer. George was a pleasure to meet, you can see that he puts a lot of care and attention in to this and made our experience very pleasant - we booked very last minute and the receiving of the keys (meet and greet) went very smoothly and efficiently considering we booked and then turned up 10 minutes later. We were very happy with our stay,

It was just perfect! Everything you could possibly need in a perfect spot! And George was helpful, kind and informative.

Nothing - this little place is about as perfect as it gets!
