This truly is an exceptional apartment. I cannot recommend this highly enough. My brother and I were in the Bernese Oberland region for 5 days of exploring and hiking. We decided on an apartment for comfort and space after a long day in the mountains. Interlaken is a great town and this apartment was literally perfect. High quality throughout and very spacious. It is also 10 mins stroll to Interlaken Ost Station and 15 mins to the downtown shops and bars. The apartment team give you free bus passes too. We used these occasionally and saved the walking for the mountains. Speaking of 'the Team'. Communications with the apartment management team were also exceptional. Very polite and always responded to any questions extremely quickly. Special mention to Milena, who we spoke to the most. Just so lovely and nice. Thanks for everything A perfect apartment. Book this without any hesitation

Absolutely nothing!!

Cannot praise this place enough, such a gorgeous apartment. The attention to detail was immaculate and they thought of everything you could possibly need. You can really tell they care and we had an amazing stay. We had a lovely view of the sunset over the mountains everyday too. Thank you so much!

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The accomodation had everything we could've wished for. Everything was clean and well organized. The location was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful apartment! The view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for living, we had a great time. The apartment is very clean and cozy.Close to the train station. Very helpful host, promptly answered our questions. The check-in was easy I recommend it 100%.We will definitely come back here again!

Great location near east train station in quiet residential neighborhood. Modern apartment with great laundry.

Dealing so much at arms length with corporate owner not on site. Hard to find building entrance since address does not match the direction the door faces. This difficulty was worse for 2 ladies that spent 30 minutes looking for the door when arriving for the main floor unit. Too much noise transmission. For days we heard constant footfalls, then guests in apartment above rose just after 4 AM thumping around the morning that we needed sound sleep to hike all day ( we are retirees). We prefer a bed and breakfast etc with host on site to monitor things. Cooking odor from other guests unbearable as filled the entire stairwell. The morning these guests left we noticed the cleaning lady had every door and window wide open to air it out, then that night when 2 senior ladies arrived, many windows opened again and it was not warm, only plus 10 and wet!

It was spacious, with a modern, tasteful renovation, with well-equipped kitchen. The building itself was fantastic, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The city itself and views from the balcony are amazing. Highly recommended!
