ILLocation, quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes walk from the center. A large and conveniently built apt., we'll equipped kitchen. Enough storage.
Very inconvenient mattresses. Very noisy wooden floor, only one bathroom, poor water sream in the shower . Poor assistance from the staff. Not enough shelves or hangers in the bathroom

NLIt was very well maintained, we had everything available. The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful
The shower area outlet was not good and we had water collection every time we took a shower. Apart from that we loved everything.

The communication is terrible. Copy paste messages talking about Covid and asking guests to strip the beds of the sheets to help with cleaning in addition to taking out the bins. The guest is also the one to beg for the check in instructions and the one who has to “remember to ask for code to enter”. All together this is not what I expect for the price and rating advertised
NLHet appartement was zeer ruim en voorzien van alle benodigde faciliteiten. Alles was schoon en netjes.
De bedden waren extreem hard. De nachten voor de Jungfrau marathon waren dan ook niet ideaal.
