Seascape at coed y berclas, luxury accommodation with stunning sea view

The views are absolutely stunning, Jane made us feel so welcome and the accommodation is very clean and comfortable, we cannot wait to visit again!

Location, the view, the friendly host, easy reach to beaches, castles, towns etc.

We had a great weekend at Seascape, the accommodation is wonderful. Started with a warm welcome from Jane, David and Otto the dog 😍. It is so well equipped with lovely little touches to make the stay special; lovely toiletries and fluffy white towels. Very peaceful and quiet and my morning brew was all the better for the amazing view. And thank you for the EV charger, very reasonable.

A wonderful home from home apartment with a stunning view and a great base to explore Anglesey and north Wales. Jane provided a very informative welcome pack which helped us plan and enjoy our stay and the added touches made it extra special.

We had a fantastic break at Seascape; lovely welcome on arrival and the view was even better than the photos. Immaculately clean, spacious and beautifully furnished (bed was so comfortable) and woke to an incredible sunrise. Thank you Jane and David for a wonderful stay, can’t wait to return.

Beautiful property with stunning views over the Menai Straits

This is an incredible holiday house, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were met by the loveliest hosts Jane and David who kindly even prepared a freshly baked cake for our arrival. The house has truly a breathtaking view of the Menai straight. The house itself was just as wonderful: beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor space was a highlight too — perfect for having a coffee, sunbathing or just soaking in the well-maintained garden and the magnificent view. There is a small beach nearby, with a great pub and a view of the Bangor pier. The town of Beaumaris is within an easy reach ~45 minutes on foot.

Our experience from start to finish was perfect. Communication with the owners was great from the start and we booked last minute. The directions to the property were very simple and we didn't have to mess with key safes etc as you just knock on the door of the adjoining property. The home was immaculate and is built to very high specification which we loved and the views are to die for. We don't have any complaints and felt very well looked after with out any intrusion. We had as much info on the local area as we wanted from the owners friends and there are maps and leaflets in the property. The WiFi is great, there are board games, books and DVD's if needed. The home is so peaceful and you get a great view of the nigh time stars as there is very little light pollution. It is a special home for a short time and we loved it.

If I was being picky there wasn't a down stairs toilet but that didn't matter to us. There were 2 ensuite bedrooms on the upper level which was fine.
