Brand New Luxury Manchester City Centre 2 Bed Apartment Skyline Views

Did not stay as all post codes were wrong

Tried to call over and over and had no contact so did not end up staying as could not find it through the post codes all being different

Location is brilliant, convenient to get to local amenities and shopping centre.

Not enough space for 2 adults and 4 children, bedding had an off smell.

Had a good stay great communication would 100 use again

They had cancelled on us and it’s taking god knows how long for me to get my money back

Booked a year in advance and a few hours before check in the lady sent me a message and cancelled. She did not help to find us an alternative place to stay We had travelled 3 hours and had events booked and Paid for she had decorations I had sent to her to decorate the apartment for me and when we found an alternative apartment I asked her to please meet me or drop the decorations off to the new place. She ignored me and I've never had any of those back. I do not recommend booking this apartment!!

We arrived at the arranged RCP car park to be led into the underground parking of the hotel by Sam. He parked us up, took us up to the apartment and handed us the FOB for entry into the room and hotel. This FOB was deactivated UNKNOWLY to us, so on our return at 1150pm we could not enter the building/apartment. Sam arrived at 130am to let us in, thankfully at 12.20am another guest let us in as they arrived back, their FOB fine in their bag with their mobile and bank card, as Sam told us that a mobile or bank card can deactivate the FOB. Surely this was a major piece of information to give 5 women in Manchester, and was utter rubbish, the hotel would have been empty, everybody carries these things together! A modern hotel! Maybe the hotel deactivates them for the guests they believe to be staying there "illegally". No 5th bed was ready as requested numerous times. Paying £455 for a room you cant get into was a disgrace, to be offered 30% off our next stay there in the early hours of the morning (4.14am, to be exact), surely no one would pay £320 to return to an apartment you cant access as you please. Repeatedly asked for contact to discuss, no response at all. Then I received a parking fine for £100 for parking in another guests parking bay several days after returning home! Laura and Sam still will not reply to my calls or messages. Throughout our messages prior to our stay, they warned us numerous times to stay away from the hotel concierge, as they didn't like booking.com guests...well the obvious reason is as they are sub letting the apartment. The advertisement of the hotel was not were we stayed either! ...it had 9 floors not 44 as stated, nor a pool. The whole set up is strange, and just gets stranger whilst your there. I have printed off all messages as a record. Now I'm left with this £100 fine also to pay. So £555 for 1 night, to not have access into our apartment.
