Great location

Uncomfortable bathroom, the beds need to be replaced

Great location for us as we had an event in Heaton Park. Apartment on the ground floor, onsite parking, WiFi.

Convenient area, very close to public transport, so you can reach central Manchester within about 20 minutes. There is also a Tesco nearby for when you need to shop. The area was quiet.

I was shocked upon my first arrival. When we entered the apartment, it gave off a very unclean impression. There were visible footprints on the floor, and the kitchen was quite dirty, as if something had been spilled and not properly cleaned. The sink and surrounding area were also in the same condition, and there was towel left inside the washing machine so I was not sure if cleaning service was lazy or someone else has stayed in. I called the owner, and fortunately we were offered another room, but I still wasn’t fully satisfied with the experience. The new room was better, though it felt like the owner was trying to cut costs at the expense of comfort. We had to buy cleaning products for our stay as it seems previous visitors don't leave the place clean and the owner doesnt seem to care enough to check if everything is alright for upcoming visitors. The furniture felt very outdated, and overall the room had a slightly neglected, uncomfortable atmosphere. However, if you don’t plan to spend too much time inside, it is manageable.

It was spacious and clean. My kids loved the little bath gifts on the beds a really lovely welcoming gift idea.

I have kids so the TV switching off every now and again in the middle of the program wasn't great but manageable. We did have to purchase our own hand-wash as there wasn't any. Other than that it was great. Sorry forgot to take pictures.
