This house is so much more than I expected!!! Beautiful house with everything you need and Beautiful views from every window around the house I would highly recommend this house !!

The views are stunning. Well-equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and super bathrooms. Lovely sparkling pool. BBQ facilities in the garden.

Beautiful countryside!

Many interior steps, oftentimes where you may not have expected it. Might be good to alert other travelers about that.

The property was in good location of Montalcino, it is a good place to be with family given there was 2 bedrooms and 2 functional restrooms. Nicol was very helpful in providing directions to the key collection place and to the property plus suggestions to the local attraction which was very helpful. Outside of the property was beautiful, but unfortunately We went in January so the scenery was a bit dull compared to Spring or summer I would think. They gave us house wine plus I also bought brunello from Caparzo for a discounted price since we stayed there. Overall it was great experience and kids loved it.

For us the restaurants was nothing close or accessible and if you are driving there are many areas with Zone restrictions which could be confusing for parking. I guess that is the experience of Tuscany which is very remote so you have to plan well ahead for your food. We were going to Siena and coming back so we picked food on the way.

The views cannot be beat! It was a true rustic farm stay, right in the vineyard and the mornings were absolutely gorgeous. The winery host was accommodating and provided a bottle of wine to enjoy.

We stayed in the downstairs back apartment and noise was a significant issue. When guests were in the apartment next door every noise from there could be heard, including use of the toilet (not just the flush)!, especially in our bedrooms. Noise from the upstairs apartment could also be heard. If you are a lite sleeper, this is an issue. As a farm stay, you also need to be comfortable with some bugs coming in from open windows (or have no air).

Absolutely everything. Best accommodation we had during our 1 month Italy holiday.
