great location in the old historic town centre, 2 minute walk to all of the restaurants, bars, etc, yet really quiet as the apartment faces away from the restaurants. The view off the terrace is amazing and we could see Bevagna below us and Spello in the distance. Jakob was very easy and prompt to communicate with.

nothing really, we were very happy with it. We are travelling for 8 weeks, so a washing machine would be good, but we knew this when we booked,
