ZAZANice to have some Coffee/Tea and Sugar on kitchen counter on arrival after a very long drive. Has both Bath and Shower. Friendly Host on arrival who did a linen swop after our first 7 nights. Has a washing machine to do clothes washing during a long stay of 2 weeks
Small TV - should put that in the main bedroom and a larger one in the lounge

Nothing to be honest.
ZAZABeing able to access the apartment and leave without the host being present. The security gate is far from the apartment. We left very early in the morning and had to take the keys with us as everyone was still sleeping. I had to Postnet the keys back.
