The location and room is very spacious overall good experience with family

The timings of check in

1) The rooms are big enough and plenty of space in living area. 2) Kitchen was good size and have all the necessary appliances.

1) Opening the main door is the biggest challenge. You need total 3 cards to use to enter in lift and flat and they just provide one set. For a family who is booking 4 bedroom apartment, giving one key is making no sense. Also opening the door is a challenge 2) In the entire booking there is no where mentioned that 1 washroom is common and it doesn't have hot water facility. 3) One of the washrooms, lock was not working and fittings were either broken or rusted. 4) No open to put Do-not Disturb tag on main door. The cleaning team came in morning without intimation. 5) Location is way off. Around 10 kms far from main beach and market. Almost at the end of the beach. 6) No Dental Kit etc is also not provided so please bring your own. They only provide Shower Cap and Towels.

the air condition of one room was broken and the staff said that it was normal before my stay. Make it feel like im the one who make it broke. When i complain about it, the staff said that "YOU CAN CHECK OUT IF YOU NOT COMFORTABLE" and it was 5pm!! i stay with my kid and adult with wheelchair, how can i get new room at 5pm. and she said i can check out about 4-5 times, and not compensate anything... if anyone want to stay at this room service, i advise you not to..

good stay, nice ambience and good location

don't ever go to their own restaurant. we ordered for three fresh juices and they gave us artificial juice mix with low quality and the price was high
