Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great location but needs some updating."

We liked the central location and proximity to town, although this was also the worst part as it was noisy and you couldn't sit on the lovely balcony. We like the floor space and the bathrooms and kitchen. The Air-con was good as was the lift and the two car spaces.

We never received the code to be able to collect the keys. The real estate responsible was closed which increased our stress. Thankfully some other customer came to open the key box and allowed us to pick up ours at the same time. We also didn't like that the dryer wasn't working, the lounge furniture was dated, the remote to the tv didn't work, several lights didn't work. Because there was no internet, the tv was very limited. No extras like we've had in other places, e.g. games, books, dvds.

Spacious unit, full kitchen, big fridge, lift, good location, undercover parking

No iron had to ask for one, no hairdryer at all. Main bedroom hot room, had to keep curtains closed, leave door open so ac could feed in from lounge room. Down light hanging out of roof in wir. Poor lighting. Bed hard. Hard uncomfortable. Had to purchase extra cost linen package, make beds. Outside patio dirty not hosed off leaves everywhere..
