Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Terrific location. Very tasteful decor and thoughtfully fitted out neat and clean unit. Well kept gardens and secure parking.

"Stunnig view in a lovely and relaxing apartment."

The view was absolutely stunning and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and evenings. Nice and close to walk to Nelson Bay town. Really comfortable place to stay, lots of activities (videos, toys) for the kids.

The WIFI didn't work. We reset it several times but no luck. It might be the area?

Well-equipped apartment with everything you need for a home away from home. Perfect for our family of four. We loved the handy location which was walking distance to the beach and shops.

It can be inconvenient to bring your own linen. While linen rentals are included as an option, they add an extra step and cost. Including linen as part of the package creates a more welcoming experience and aligns with the expectation of a premium holiday rental. Also as it was managed by an agent, it seems that the agent and owners have not clearly communicated what is available in the apartment. I was given the impression that we had to bring a lot of our own things including utensils and essential items for the kitchen. The guest reviews provided a better picture.

"Disappointing - poor wifi meant video calls were impossible and quite warm on summer days"

Great location

Pathetic wifi stability led me to abandon my stay after a few days. Also, the apartment is very warm - the split air-conditioner is located in the 2nd bedroom and doesn't cool the apartment very much. I'm awaiting for a call-back from the bookings team after I made a formal complain when I checked out after a couple of days - no action from them
