"Superb"

The property is in an excellent location, about 15min walk down to Nelson Bay and 5min walk to Little Beach Reserve. The property was very clean and comfortable, especially the beds.. It had all kitchen facilities which made everything easy.

The property was a little dark being downstairs, but had a nice garden outside.

Clean place. Excellent quiet location. For us it was close to town and also the people we were visiting (daughter with new house OMG!)

Not sure you could fix this: Very steep driveway, a bit slippery when wet. Could be a challenge for some drivers. Bathroom location through kitchen was a bit different, but we understand. Maybe you can fix these: Could have supplied some other tea bags (eg. Earl Grey, English Breakfast), and the only coffee available was decaf……which isn’t real coffee. Easy fix. Supply a basic hair dryer? Coffee table would be handy. Makes the couch more appealing and the entire space more friendly. Supply face washers. Additional shelf space in bathroom? The plant and pelican are gr8, but let’s be practical first. Where do we rest all our stuff?!!

floor and outdoor area where very dirty, dust and insects on the floor of the apartment
