De omgeving was heel stil

Gezien het feit, dat mijn man na 4 nachten, met spoed naar huis moest met hartklachten en ziekenhuisopname er geen enkel begrip is voor restitutie van een deel van de huursom, omdat we geboekt hadden, zoals gebruikelijk, via jullie Booking.com. restitutie niet bespreekbaar, kunnen jullie iets voor ons betekenen?
