The Old School Room - The Lace Market

Location is great. Everything within walking distance or a short tram ride if you want to avoid the hill. I liked the decor and the size of the duplex was good for 2 people.

I stayed for 5 nights and so would have been good to have had a freezer section in the fridge, more than 1 teaspoon, larger bathroom amenities, a remote per TV would have been good instead of 1 shared between the two, a vacuum or broom would have been good as the floor had not been thoroughly swept, powder for the washing machine etc. I had to spend more money on items I would have thought would be in there already. That and other basics I guess I expected to be in an apartment particularly for longer stays for the rate. Basics such as oil, salt etc would have been good. The oven was not clean. And despite emailing to request a later check out on two occasions, my emails were ignored.

The uniqueness of the property and the close proximity to Pitcher & Piano

Not being informed of the security deposit beforehand and the length of time in getting this back, still being held at the bank

Location very good for us going to the motor point arena. Was quirky apartment.

Could have just done with a long mirror .
