You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the £35 per hour Late Checkout Fee. If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a £35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee.

"Great weekend away."

Good to have an allocated car space

There was an issue with the main exterior door to the property and our key didn't fit the lock as they had been changed by another resident days before ! We rang all the doorbells and somebody let us in ! Thank goodness!! Ans they gave us a new key ..so we were lucky. The main door still needed attention and I hope it has now been fixed.

"Pleasant"

Clean comfortable bed, good facilities in the kitchen. Excellent shower. Parking immediately outside.

Cold on arrival and a smell of stale cigarettes. In need of tidying fixtures and fittings, a little shabby in places. Up two narrow flights of stairs so not easy taking bags up.

Good location and good parking

In need of decoration. Kitchen plinths detached. No instructions for heating. No decor panel on the fridge door. Unpleasant odour which I may have wrongly attributed to cigarette smoke. Hole in front door where the Yale lock used to be. TV not working properly. Bathroom door lock failed with my grandson stuck on the inside. Unhelpful attitude of property management when contacted. I got it open myself. Sought compensation. Agreed I’d get it. Then it didn’t arrive until Booking.com stepped in a few weeks later. Not a very well maintained property. It could be better.

Location

Bedroom with French doors not properly insulated..very cold room and high level of noise from traffic on busy outside road.Did not sleep well. Bathroom shower tray rim was not clean.Couch in living room not very comfortable. Door missing of kitchen unit No WiFi on 30th and unable to watch tv Definitely not a fabulous apt as advertised

There were suspicious white stains on pillows. The heating was broken and because of a few unclean dishes they are holding and using some of my money from my security deposit. There were cobwebs everywhere, hair on the sink and hair on the floor even before we settled in to the property. Stay away from this property and this company.
