Amazing staff. The place was very clean

The chairs on the porch were wonky.

The price and location to the beach was great.

We were never given any wi-fi info. One bedroom only had a fan in it, no A/C. The parking situation was not explained well to everyone. The next door neighbors were trying to claim they had all spots next to the house. Leak under the kitchen sink.

The location of this property is amazing. Super convenient to the lower end of the boardwalk. Easy walk to most places

Upon arrival there were no towels and when I asked about them I was told that they don’t typically include any towels in the apartments. There were no hand towels or paper towels which was also a surprise. The unit overall was not super clean. There was dirt and toe nails on the floor. There was a non working lamps. The owner who was the main point of contact was not friendly or very helpful- she seemed inconvenienced anytime we reached out with questions or concerns. There is one parking spot per apartment (there are two total apartments) but if you are the first to arrive, your car gets blocked in. There is no solution to this other than finding street parking which is slim at best. We had to coordinate with the downstairs apartment to get our car out. Overall it felt like renting from a slumlord.
