The property has everything you could need for a short stay. Excellent layout of a small space makes it ideal for the solo traveller. Exceptionally clean.

I found the WiFi signal to be a little patchy.

Good location, right by the harbour, catches the morning sun. Close to Fife Coastal Path and Pittenweem and St Monans tidal pools. Easy to get to by public transport and close to local bus routes. For a small space, very well planned and thought out - really, everything I needed as a lone traveller. Characterful and quality decor. I visited the east neuk specifically to swim in the three recently restored tidal pools - Pittenweem, St Monans and Cellardyke, and that was easily achieveable by walking and bus from the Old Rope Store. Hard to find small accomodation for lone travellers that's self catering, so appreciate this being available. Good shower. Good wifi - especially useful as phone signal reception in Pittenweem is variable and I could get no signal in the property.

I just didn't sleep well - bed just not that comfy. You are dependent on the people in the flat above and the next door apartment (literally just through a locked door) being quiet. There is inevitably going to be some noise from people moving about, but especially if TVs are on, I brought ear plugs in case (which I didn't need) and used head phones for listening to content on tablet and was mindful about using hair dryer later on. Not that keen on washing dishes in bathroom sink, but it was ok.

The hot water and shower pressure. Toilet and sink.

Midges and spiders inside rental. Possible flea bites as well. Very small bed. Upstair guest walking like elephants stomping above till 2 am then again at 7 am till ?

Mostly good but appreciate host changing one thing and that is not to ask us to fold up dirty linen and throw away rubbish especially recycling of bottles, recycling area too far from accommodation if travelling without a car.

Request to clean up.

Lovely wee studio flat. Spotlessly clean and had everything you could need, including milk in the fridge and Tunnocks teacakes! Really enjoyed staying here. Definitely recommend it.

The studio is very well designed for the small space. It was exactly as described and ideal for my needs for 4 nights. The location is ideal for the coastal paths and it is a very attractive village. It was good to have a private entrance.

The noise from above. Other reviews had commented on this but I had not realised how bad it would be. Footsteps, children running around from early morning and voices in the hall and slamming of the main door.

Ideal for solo traveller with everything thought of and nice little touches.

Perfect property for one person.. Great location, parking outside, clean, modern and well equipped for self catering break.
