Top Lage, nette und unkompliziert Kommunikation, sehr sauber!

Leider weder Wasserkocher noch Kaffeemaschine vorhanden (aber Mokkakanne). Ziemlich hellhörig, ich hatte leider recht laute Nachbarn.

The accommodation was central to most things such as, supermarket, restaurants and the central business district.

It was difficult to open the key lock as it was quite dark and I could not easily read the numbers to open the lock box. Also, the front door was difficult to unlock. That is, there was a trick to opening the door. Thankfully, a neighbour came to the rescue. Also, the power kept tripping out. This situation presented difficulties with the washing machine I had gone out and thought the washing would be complete on my return. But the machine tripped out again. Therefore, on my return I had to reset the power this meant waiting considerable time for the machine to finish. In turn, I had to find a laundry to dry clothes to allow an early departure the next day. Also, the hot water system is was quite small and ran out of hot water during a shower.

La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar del centro de Pontevedra. El estudio es pequeño pero tiene todo lo que necesitábamos para sobrevivir a nuestra caminata. Muy limpio y la comunicación con Paula la propietaria fue fluida y contesta al momento. Nos gustó mucho.

La ducha no se mantiene colgada.

Está cerca del centro y hubo buena comunicación con el personal para poder entrar antes de la hora prevista.

El baño y la cocina son antiguos, pero disponen de todo lo necesario

1. La entrada en obras y llena de polvo sin notificar. 2. Baño viejo y sucio. Azulejos desconchados y cortina y bañera con moho. 3. Utensilios de cocina sucios, viejos y con restos de comida. Sarten, tabla de cortar y cubiertos. 4. Ventana de aluminio sin cierre y roto. 5. Tendedero oxidado. 6. Estor roto. 7. Cable de antena y televisor colgando del techo. 8. El fin de semana por la noche, en el patio de enfrente hicieron fiestas. 9. Dispensadores de baño casi vacíos. 10. Manchas amarillentas en el edredón.
