Superb bathroom. Lovely little kitchen. Fine location for walking in Southsea, including the beach or Gunwharf if you're fit.

A little difficult getting much heating in the bedroom.

Really great location. The apartment was comfortable and felt very homely. Excellent for a short stay. Although it wasn't the right time of year for us to use the garden was a really nice space and I liked the touch of providing bags with beech and picnic accessories. Although very compact the kitchen seemed to have most things (you might want to add some beer glasses).

The key box was difficult to use but fortunately the host was nearby to help out and was really helpful. The heated bathroom towel rail needs attention - not heating fully. TV was a bit difficult to work and didn't seem to have access to live channels.
