Almost Everything really- very peaceful, quirky, clean,nice bed.Amazing welcome pack in fridge. Lovely host- very helpful.

Lack of any cooking utensils but there was an air fryer which worked for our steaks though I’d never cooked with one but no food dishes/ board/ sharp knives.

A very different place to stay, never stayed anywhere like it before, loved it! Close to the sea, the local town centre and also you can walk to Portsmouth, lots of great restaurants etc.. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Exceptional ! This place is just amazing, the attention to detail is simply fantastic. We only booked one night and wished we had booked longer. The fridge was stocked up for our stay on arrival with everything we could have needed and more. The Jazz club converted into accommodation has the WOW factor and the quirkiness is brilliant. We were going to go out into Portsmouth but instead got some wine and enjoyed the sunshine and nibbles up on the terrace. Thank you James for also being so accommodating and allowing us to arrive early. We will certainly be coming back and staying again. Thank you for a great stay.

The property was a bit quirky and provided something different for us to stay in. It was clean and the hosts were very thoughtful with welcome packs and breakfast items. Good location, easy to walk to lots of places of interest and the beach . Provision of parking permits was really helpful.

Parking was difficult at times even with a permit it was difficult to find a space

We absolutely loved our stay at The Jazz Quarters in Southsea! The finishing touches and authentic details made it feel really special, and the quirky charm of having our own bar and venue was such a treat. Everything had so much character, it felt truly unique. We had a fabulous time and would definitely come back!

It was quite hot as there are no windows and the bathroom light and shower fan come on automatically on a sensor. We were disturbed through the night as it takes ages to go off.
