We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and even had a lovely terrace with a sitting area where we could dry our clothes. The location in the old city center was perfect - beaches, shops, and restaurants were all very close by. The owner, Zlatko, was extremely kind and helpful. After check-out, he even let us leave our luggage in another apartment which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella casa una settimana . Pulita ed accogliente e anche sé piccola dotata di tutti i comfort . Il proprietario molto disponibile anche a risolvere i nostri problemi. Gentilezza e cortesia meritano un soggiorno in questo luogo

Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis, Appartement ist neu renoviert, großes Badezimmer und sehr netter Vermieter, gratis Taxi zum gratis Parkplatz und zum Quartier wurde alles vom Vermieter organisiert.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay at the Villa Neka. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. The common area includes a terrace where we enjoyed our breakfasts and afternoon snacks. The location is very convenient: just on the opposite side of a pedestrian street from a small pebble beach. The area is full of wonderful seaside restaurants and cafes. The host is exceptionally welcoming and kind. He helped us with every question we had and beyond.

Die Lage ist ganz ok, alles in der Nähe. Wir wurden von einem Hotel Parkplatz abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gefahren

Wir verstehen die positiven Bewertungen nicht. Das Apartment war nicht besonders sauber und es hat auch nicht frisch gerochen. Lächerlich ist das oberste Apartment Penthouse zu nennen😅das war schon eher eine Zumutung. Gegenüber bot uns der Besitzer noch einen Raum an in dem nur ein Bett und eine Kloschüssel drin stehen. Im allgemeinen fühlte man sich tatsächlich wie in einem Gefängnis. Die Klimaanlage war schmutzig. Ein kleines Fenster schaute zum Meer und aus dem Schlafzimmer schaute man auf eine Hinterhof Baustelle voller Bierkästen. Das Badezimmer roch fürchterlich und die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche klebte. Man hat sich schon etwas geekelt dort. Mir tut es auch leid aber ich bewerte einfach nur ehrlich, so wie es ist. Die Eingangstür ähnelte einer Scheunentür und die "Dachterasse" war so eng dass man dem Sonnenschirm nicht ganz öffnen konnte und der Ausblick waren Steinmauern und Dächer
