Debes pagar por que hagan la limpieza, el cuarto no tiene ventilación y hace que la ropa húmeda se apeste aunque prendas el aire. Toda la habitación es pequeña y no te cambian por supuesto ni la ropa de cama ni las toallas.

Right from the start, the owners were very communicative. I explained I was there to scuba dive at a nearby resort and they saved me lots of money by sharing how the bus system worked and where to take it - both from the airport and to the resort from Punta de Mita. I received a What's App text from the property manager on day of arrival to confirm room was ready and where to access the keys. Having an efficiency unit that was so well equipped allowed me to make my own breakfast/lunch, keeping costs down. I felt very safe there as a solo female traveller. There were places to hang wet towels and swimsuits just outside the room. Loved the shared upstairs balcony with a view of the ocean in the distance. A great location - just a short 5 to 10 min walk to the beach, vendors, boat trips, tourist information, etc. Lots of beach-side restaurants.

Punta de Mita is very humid. Even tho' there was an air conditioning unit in the suite, my clothes were damp to the touch by the end of the trip and I couldn't get them to dry. Perhaps because I'm not a fan of air conditioning and only had it turned on for an hour each day? Nice problem to have in an otherwise beautiful, sunny climate.

10/10 — Highly recommended! I had a fantastic stay. The place is clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. A special thank you to Bon, the owner — his hospitality truly made the difference. He’s kind, responsive, and genuinely cares that guests are comfortable. I felt looked after the whole time. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This property feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel. The key is kept in a lockbox, so there’s very little interaction with the staff. Our room included a small kitchenette, which was convenient, and the bathroom, while clean, was quite compact. The shower curtain got in the way and the basin was tiny. I also reported that the shower water needed adjustment. Location is great—right by an Oxxo convenience store and the bus stop, and in Mita everything is close anyway. Just note there isn’t much to do in town besides the Hidden Beach tour.

The mattress was a small double and not especially comfortable. The air-conditioning cooled the room well but couldn’t run quietly through the night, which was inconvenient because the room warmed up quickly.
