The property management staff were not helpful

침실 둘, 욕실 두개, 부엌과 거실이 있는 편리한 구조였고 필요한 설비와 물품이 잘 갖춰져 있었음. 거실에서 보이는 바깥 풍경이 정말 아름다웠고 위치도 좋았음. 침구나 청소상태가 아주 깔끔해서 사흘밤 동안 가족들이 만족스럽게 묵었음.

물 한병 만이라도 서비스로 제공되었으면 좋겠어요. 첫날 체크인하고 장 보러가기 전에 목이 말라서 그게 아쉬웠음.

The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed - especially the washer/dryer, full size fridge, dedicated parking space and even a Portacot they arranged for our baby. The location was perfect and much more peaceful than staying in Queenstown, with a couple of restaurants and general store nearby. We loved the incredible views of the mountains and Shotover River.

If we had to pick something - there was a fair bit of water that would get under the shower door, but was easily fixed by putting a rolled up towel under the shower door.

Main bedroom Bed had a dip in the middle very uncomfortable Reported dishwasher wasn’t working Told them we would wash up so it can be fixed after we left. Otherwise everything else was all good. Just need a scourer under sink & more ice cube containers please
