"Magical views but definitely needs a renovation and the mould in the laundry is a problem. I wouldn’t want to be sharing"

Close to the main town. Magical views over the lake and Queenstown central. Had all cooking facilities. Beds were comfortable.

Very steep walk down and back to township. Everything could do with a really good wipe over. The mould smell in the garage where the laundry is was unbearable. A lot of wear and tear around the house. Could do with a renovation.

"It was a lovely, comfortable home with spectacular views."

The views are truly spectacular from this home! It is close to the main town (however the area is very steep so if you have people with limited mobility and no vehicle (this will not work for you). The beds and lounge are comfortable, and kitchen has all the items you need for a holiday.

It was a bit of an odd set up especially with stairs (and non-working fireplace). The bathrooms were clean however quite dated and I have never seen a roof on a shower before but...now I have!

"Grand house high on the hill."

Grand views from the spacious and well-appointed house with a decent deck. Great kitchen and laundry and 1 fantastic master bedroom with 3 others that are just comfortable.

2 upstairs bedrooms don't have access to a bathroom so need to come downstairs.
