Well located with some good options for eating and having a few drinks. Easy access to walking trails.

Double glaze windows not efficient, especially in the room with 2 single beds.

The code for entering the building was provided until we called.

The vanity sink was blocked in the guest bathroom.

Everything about this property was amazing. Well kept, modern apartments with all facilities one could want. Location was great as well.

A full length mirror anywhere in the property and some shelves in the wardrobe would have been nice. We couldn’t take our stuff out of the suitcase since there was little space in the wardrobe after the fan, heater etc clamped up there and only way was to hang the clothes. Also, getting ready is no fun without a proper mirror. These are minor details but these two things would have made it perfect.

One room was very hot even with the airconditioning on. Kids had a hard time sleeping at night even with a fan and door open

The apartment is well presented, clean and homie. It has everything you need, and alot of helpful extras. Such as oil, a bbq, salt & pepper. A speaker for music or podcasts. Washing machine/dryer. It is clean and has alot more space than I had anticipated. It is a great location, Onsen spa is right next door, and you have tenpin bowling across the road. There are a few restaurants, woodfire pizza, pub and gourmet kitchen so you dont need to go to town if you domt want to. Also there is a dairy basically at your front door. The shotover jet and brewery is a short 5min drive and town is only 10 to 15mins away!

Deck needs some work done as the tiles are coming up, so i felt a bit uneasy on it even though it is safe. Just needed more towels as we were there for 5days. In saying that we were able to wash them. 😊 Aircon is needed in the second room in summer. The ceiling fans dont cut it and unfortunately the main aircon in the lounge area is not strong enough to make it to the back room.

Loved the view from bedroom windows. Location for Tavern, Onsen hot pools and General food store. Good go between for Arrowtown & Queenstown. We wanted to escape the masses of people in town.

Located right in front of Onsen hot pools. There was a lot of pedestrians and buses continuously. Soundproofing not the best. But understandable given it is peak school holidays.
