"only booked because of the cleaning scores this apartment had but this was a very big let down"

the apartment was lovely and the owner was very pleasant and helpful did not want to complain as he was so nice …the caretaker was a big letdown kept me waiting in the freezing cold waiting for the key for 15 minutes even though I call him time to time when getting there …I really hope the owner sorts this problem out as the place was really nice if I didn’t have these issues…

the apartment was not cleaned properly there was hair on the bathroom floor and a dirty cleaning cloth on the dinning chair only one towel between 2 people and no iron the AC needs service and cleaning was letting off a lot of dust …such a shame because it’s a lovely place and would have booked again if it had been cleaned.
