"Great location and amenities."

The location, that it was near public transit, the beach and supermarket. Everything I needed to feel at home was provided in the apartment.

Neighbors were noisy and did not respect noise norms. One neighbor had their door wide open and their voiced were echoing down the hallway- I had to ask them to close it. Other mornings or evenings the neighbors woke me because the walls are very thin.
