Kosumi Apartment

It's an spacious apartment, but in the winter the heating system it's strange and in the bathroom there was just a small air heater which didn't made much difference.

Improve the heating system to have a certain temperature in the bathroom as well.

The accommodation took a bit of finding as it is down an an alley off the main street. It is in a small terrace of similar properties, with easy on site parking. The ground-floor apartment has a good-sized main room with sofa, low table and 2 padded stools at one end and a good well-equipped kitchen area at the other. Bedroom and en-suite bathroom are off this main room but the only dining table is outside under a cafe-style umbrella.

Off street parking is good and although basic, there was an outside area to sit. Small apartment but reasonably well equipped and host very responsive to requests. Location is very handy for a visit to Herronchiemsee, which is what we used it for, and good range of shops etc in easy reach

The apartment needs some attention, some mould in bathroom, and couple of areas of flooring need repair. Also the boiler clearly has a leak that needs fixing. Some noise from other apartments, but this is likely people just off to work early
